have you tried visiting the bank in person? i had duplicate charges on my card (there was only one purchase but it debited twice) and i tried emailing and phone calls for about 3+ weeks. in the end i took some time off to do it in person and voila got my money back same day.

I might resort to that if it keeps dragging on like this. Mainly I don’t really have the time but I’ll have to if this keeps going.

Silly question time. Did u pay by debit or even better credit card? If so have you attempted a chargeback dispute for non receipt of goods? Or is that process the very thing the bank is being a 💩 about?

I did! Quite a while ago. But it’s been a very slow process. I can only really get any results from emailing them and they take a while to reply and half the time it seems like they only half read what I emailed in and don’t bother responding to the rest of it. I’ve received emails with them asking me for certain information which is actually in the email they are replying to. 

While I am grateful that there is protection on my credit card it’s not a very organised process. I’ve tried phoning them and all they tell me is to email in the questions I have as they can’t do anything over the phone. I find Paypal is much better at dealing with this issue which this seller did not offer as an option which might have been on purpose.

😦 I don’t want to wait so long that the figures become harder and more expensive for me to buy but without a full refund I don’t really have the money for it. And I’m pretty low on cash for this month for other reasons so I’m just worrying over whether or not I’ll even be able to eventually get the sets.

._. It’s a seller that a lot of people have been losing faith in. They used to be reliable despite their low prices! One of my Buckys is from them.

One of the sets I ordered was meant to come in March/April and here I am still waiting. They don’t reply to emails and have no listed number. I waited a few months before going to the bank but it’s been a slow and frustrating process.

😦 I have friends who have been waiting over a year for different things. 

Lesson learned: If their prices are too good to be true there’s a reason.
