Getting real frustrated with Avengers Academy. Ever since the Symbiote event started my game has been crashing constantly. I’ve even opened the game, selected a Symbiote and have the game crash from that one action.
But today I stupidly caved and bought more shards to try and get past Venom on Streak 2 (Yes I’m really behind.) I had him down to a sliver of health. One hit would definitely end him but my characters needed to heal and I had to go to work. So I caved and bought shards, bought health packs, used two large health packs, and then skipped the two hour wait on a Sonic Blaster.
One hit from Spidey and Gwen, Venom was defeated.
Game crashed. Progress not saved.
I’m sort of used to this at this point. But I was sure I’d win again because he died in one hit last time.
Defeated Venom again. Cut scene begins. Game crashes.
Progress not saved.
I should say that normally Venom can deal 2, maybe 3 hits and then my team dies so this battle was fairly easy.
Tried the same battle a third time. Venom attacks first. MY WHOLE TEAM DIES IN ONE HIT.
The game finally saves my progress.
I think the only reason I haven’t deleted this game is because I have put so much time and money into it when I shouldn’t have.
I have messaged Tinyco but I’m so over how broken this event has made my game. It makes me not even want to play. I’ve started quitting after any significant action just hoping the game will save it for me.

Since Civil War screening is near, I just have to share this and I can’t stop saying I REALLY LOVE the designs from the Avengers Academy app.
I was inspired by listening to MCR, Green Day, Three Days Grace and other emo/punk bands while designing Bucky’s Hydra Academy outfit. It also gives me nostalgia because I grew up with rock music and goth/punk styles when I was younger HAHA!
In my headcanon, Bucky was Captain America’s childhood friend when they were in elementary school. Steve was smol and cannot defend himself well, so Bucky looked out for him. Many years later, Steve finally met Bucky in college but realized he was part in the Hydra school. Long story short, they rescued Bucky from brainwashing by Red Skull then recruited him in Avengers Academy later on.
pretty much my thoughts on this D: kind of upsetting that free players don’t have a chance getting those special prices with the conditions they set
@secretly-buckybarnes I know its really crappy, this costume was something I really wanted 😦 but alas I didnt make it, it would of cost so many shards for me to get and I was sending the missions almost exclusively too! I did manage to luck out and get the venon suit for spidey tho so theres at least that! And I woke up to the lizard being gone and MJ to unlock, which I didnt really want to unlock but now feel like I have to? AND shes got an ironman suit now? liek WHAAAAAT!? lmao
;_; I have the same feels. Except I want MJ. I think she was recently working with Tony in the comics so they must have decided to make her wear the Iron Spider suit.
ah okay well at least that makes some sense? lol But I really wanted gwen, and when the splash page had her on I thought we were going to get her 😦
I want Spider Gwen too but I have a feeling if she does appear she’ll be for Shards. I think the same of Venom if he does appear since he’s also on the Splash page.

Venon though we got the suit in the shard crates so I dont think he will be a separate character?
That’s just Peter wearing the symbiote suit (which I didn’t even try man. I’m not risking shards) but the splash page looks like Venom. Or maybe the suit goes nuts later. XD I guess we shall see!
