These are mystery packs, I saw them at SDCC 2016, I bought three hoping to get Bucky and Steve, but instead I got two Hawkeye’s and Crossbones.
No Wanda, No Nat, but sure, let’s include Sharon, she was more important than the two female Avengers! *eye roll*
To be fair I’m kind of glad they didn’t because I don’t like these at all.
And I understand why Crossbones has merch because he’s the flashier of the bad guys in Civil War but really he had hardly any screentime or importance in the film.

No, I agree, these are weird, it just bugs me that a lot of merch seems to market Sharon over Wanda or Nat. Nat shows up a lot (being the token female on team Tony probably helps) but it seems they ignore Wanda in favor of Sharon on everything else.
I don’t really understand their reasoning for a lot of the characters they choose to make merch of. I really wish there was a database of all the merch too because sometimes I find things really randomly.
I think Sharon may appear more because she’s a love interest? Or maybe because she is a more prevalent character in the comics and really hasn’t had a lot of merch despite that. Wanda at least has merch from her comic book form.
I’m glad Falcon is getting more merch. They completely ignored him for Winter Soldier. He didn’t even get a Pop Vinyl until Civil War.
