Eh. I clicked your link to the Hallmark shop just to check out what is out there (not that I was going to buy any). It told me that for shopping at this page I need an US address and that I should click on the German page instead. Which I did but there are only cards in the German shop. Nothing like this. I think in this global age they should offer international shipping, if I feel it worth to pay for.
I completely forgot to mention they’re US exclusives. :,D As an Australian I understand the wasteland of available products. I had to send it to a friend I have in the US and then pay for it to be shipped to me. Thankfully I had some other things I wanted to have sent over as well!

They’re Hallmark plushies under the brand name Itty Bitty!
I bought both Cap’s in physical stores but I live in Australia so I’m not sure of the distribution in the country you live in. I can find them in toy shops, Target and some newsagencies.
Unfortunately Itty Bucky was a very limited edition item. He sold out fairly quickly too! http://tinybuckylife.tumblr.com/post/149219875589/alert They had a date for the release of him and I pretty much religiously checked the website every day and I remember it actually releasing a day early. He was also exclusively on the Hallmark website.

I have a feeling Bucky was not popular enough to be released in a bigger quantity and very fiddly to make with his asymmetrical design and the details on his tiny arm. I regret not buying two!
